J.D. Chaney will be addressing the crowd as the guest speaker. Currently, J.D. serves as Chief Governmental Affairs Officer for Kentucky League of Cities. In this capacity, he is a member of the organization's executive management team and is primarily responsible for advocating for Kentucky's city governments with the General Assembly in Frankfort. In addition, he oversees the organization's municipal law services, research and training functions.
