Amber Hogan is the General Manager at Toyotetsu Mid America (TTMA). She joined TTMA as Assistant HR Manager and has spent the past five years helping develop team members, strengthen workplace culture, and support organizational growth. Amber earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Indiana and holds both SPHRi and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Passionate about workforce development and continuous learning, she has helped build partnerships with educational and community organizations to create growth opportunities for team members. Outside of work, Amber enjoys home renovation projects, building furniture, and painting murals, several of which are displayed throughout TTMA.
