Our principal, Matt Aull, is a certified general real estate appraiser in Kentucky and Tennessee. Matt began his career at the commercial real estate appraisal firm Neiman-Ross Associates, Inc. in Nashville, TN, where he worked for 7 years. His work included valuations across the Midwest and Tennessee.
Matt grew up in Owensboro, KY and continued his formal education at the University of Kentucky, earning his Bachelor of Science in accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. Matt returned to Owensboro after living in Nashville with his wife, Kelsey, and son, Crawford.
