About Us

OASIS women?s shelter is a Domestic Violence Program and licensed Women?s Substance Treatment provider for battered women and/or homeless, chemically dependent women and their dependent children. OASIS addresses the unique needs of victims of domestic violence -  whether trapped in the cycle of violence and/or the cycle of addiction.

Located in Owensboro, Kentucky, and built on the ?Empowerment Model?,  OASIS provides a safe place for women and their children to escape the trauma and devastation of domestic violence and/or substance abuse.
